1. Fill the application form 
2. Print of  degree and mark sheets (both sides)
3. If you want to get transcripts shipped to your address in India then make a DD for Rs 600 (300 for mark sheet and  300 for degree)
4. If you want mark sheets for each year or semester then the number of mark sheets x 300 + 300 for the degree. You would require to make one DD for the total cost.
5. If you want IGNOU to send the transcript out of India, then the cost for each mark sheet or degree will be INR500.
6. Write your roll number, name & mobile number on the back of the DD.
7. IGNOU will enclose the transcript in the IGNOU envelope, seal it and send it back to applicant.
8. It usually takes 15 to 25 days to send back the transcript.
